This Friday, March 6, 2020, Oppo finally unveiled the Find X2 at an online conference. Following the cancellation of the MWC 2020, the Chinese brand was forced to postpone the presentation of its new flagships to a later date.
📱What technical sheet for Find X2 and X2 Pro?
The Find X2 Pro is covered with AMOLED 120 Hz display with a 6.7-inch “240 Hz sampling frequency” with curved edges. “The image has never been so fluid and the touch so responsive on a smartphone,” says Oppo. Unsurprisingly, the slab is protected by a Gorilla Glass 6 protection from Corning. In the hole in the screen, Oppo placed a 32-megapixel selfie sensor.
The smartphone is powered by the SoC Snapdragon 865 coupled with 12GB of RAM. Compatible with 5G and Wi-Fi 6, the Find X2 Pro also has 512GB of internal storage. Finally, the battery life is entrusted to a 4.260 mAh battery compatible with the Super VOOC 65W, the most efficient fast charging on the market. Oppo promises full refill in just 38 minutes.
By the end of 2019, the Oppo Reno Ace was the first aircraft of the brand to be equipped with this fast charge. “OPPO’s fast load is not only fast but is also among the safest on the market with excellent heat control. The user can, therefore, play and charge his smartphone at the same time safely” assures the brand.
On the photography side, Oppo has put the package. The Find X2 Pro is equipped with a triple sensor consisting of a 48-megapixel Sony IMX689 photosensor,a second 48-megapixel module (Sony’s IMX586), and a third 13-megapixel module. Unsurprisingly, the standard Find X2 overlooks some of the Pro variant’s features. The smartphone has to settle for a 4200 mAh battery and 256GB of storage. It is above all in the field of photography that the two variants differ. The Find X2 is content with a triple photo sensor consisting of a 48-megapixel module, a 12-megapixel sensor, and a 13-megapixel module. In addition, it consists of a 3x optical zoom and 20x digital zoom.
