What Sizes for Screens?
As expected, the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro are covered with a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD hole screen at a refresh rate of 90 Hz. The Chinese firm cites a sampling rate of 180 Hz to further improve the fluidity of the slab. The higher the refresh frequency, the greater the number of images displayed on the screen in a second. The responsiveness of the screen is higher than on a conventional 60 Hz slab. Xiaomi also offers 1 free screen replacement for two years (from the date of purchase). For its part, the Mi 10 Lite is enhanced with a 6.57-inch AMOLED 60 Hz display.
Which SoC and How Much RAM?
Both variants are powered by Qualcomm’s SoC Snapdragon 865, the American smelter’s latest high-end chipset. The SoC is supported by 8 or 12GB of RAM. Contrary to rumors, the Mi 10 Pro is therefore not equipped with 16GB of RAM. Xiaomi offers 128 or 256GB of internal storage on the Mi 10. The Pro Edition is also available in a 512GB version to satisfy most users. More affordable, the Mi 10 Lite is content with a Snapdragon 765G, a mid-range chipset. It should be noted that the three smartphones are compatible with both 5G and WiFi 6.
What Sizes for Batteries?
The range of the standard variant is entrusted to a 4780 mAh battery compatible with 30W fast charging and 30W wireless charging. For its part, the Mi 10 Pro is equipped with a 4500 mAh battery compatible with the 45W fast charge and a wireless charge at 30W. Both models are compatible with 10W inverted wireless charging to recharge accessories by placing them on the glass back. Finally, the Mi 10 Lite is powered by a 4,160 mAh battery and a fast-charging capacity of 20W.
What Photo Sensors?
Xiaomi has also put the package in the field of photography. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro stands out with its quadruple photo sensor consisting of a 108-megapixel main module a wide-angle sensor and two telephoto lenses. Unsurprisingly, the Mi 10’s camera is less complete, but it still features the famous 108-megapixel sensor designed in partnership with Samsung. Finally, the Lite variant consists of a quadruple photosensor with a 48MP main module.
???? Design Of Mi 10 Series?
On the design side, Xiaomi is banking on an approach similar to that of the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 launched in late 2019. It features a screen marked with a punch to house the selfie camera and a vertical camera on the back. Unsurprisingly, the edges of the screen are curved and particularly thin. The backside is covered with glass. The Mi 10 Lite differs a bit from the other two with a camera arranged in a rectangular block and a screen with a notch rather than a hole.
The Mi 10 Pro is available in white or blue and the standard Mi 10 is available in green, pink or black.
